Drenched in Vanilla Twilight.

There can be only one explaination why I drew this. I am missing someone dearly. And I am. About a few years ago...when I was in 8th grade, I had owned a Siberian Husky. His name was Sky. And he not only looked like a wolf and had the most beautiful features on him, but he was a gentle giant as well. He was my Mom's Boyfriend's dog. And, he couldn't care for him anymore so he gave Sky to us, but we could not keep him either, so we were fostering him until we found him a home. The dog was 7 years old and losing eyesight to cataracts. But he still could see a bit. Of the few months we kept him, were the months I love, cherish and miss. We found him a great home, but I LOVED that dog to death. No one bonded with him more than I. That dog, was my buddy. Lately, Sky would pop up on my mind. And I get cold nostalgia chilling me to the bone. I couldn't get him out of my mind. And the song...Vanilla Twilight by Owl City...(check out that song, it's a great one) perfectly fits my feelings toward Sky and it's been playing on loop in my head. I even catch myself singing parts of the song out loud. Because I just miss him so much. So, I had to draw him a bit. It may not look like the ACTUAL dog...but it reminds me of him. But I bet he misses me just as much as I miss him.
